Rock King Coffee’s Honey Coffee is made using the honey processing method, where part of the coffee cherry’s mucilage is retained during drying. This unique process allows the beans to absorb natural sweetness, resulting in a distinctive aroma and rich, smooth flavor. The coffee offers a well-balanced profile with mild acidity, a sweet honey-like finish, and a deep, lingering aftertaste. Only ripe cherries are carefully selected and naturally sun-dried on clean raised beds without the use of chemicals, ensuring high quality and purity in every cup.

Usage Instructions:

-        For machine brewing:

  1. Use an empty, dry filter holder.
  2. Take 7 - 9 gr of ground coffee.
  3. Press evenly.
  4. Brew and extract 30 - 35 ml of pure coffee.

-        For filter brewing:

  1. Put roasted coffee beans in a fine grinder.
  2. Put 3 tablespoons of ground coffee in the filter (about 25g).
  3. Pour 20 ml of boiling fresh water into the filter.
  4. Brew the coffee for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the appropriate amount of boiling water.
  6. Enjoy your coffee with sugar, milk, or ice depending on your taste.
