We produce traditional dark chocolate (bean-to-bar) using 100% pure cocoa beans grown in the fertile lands of the Mekong Delta. After roasting and winnowing, the cocoa beans undergo an extended conching process to achieve an ultra-smooth texture. The mixture is then tempered using European technology to create a glossy finish. Every step is carried out by hand—with precision, care, and craftsmanship.
