Detailed description
We craft our traditional bean-to-bar milk chocolate using fresh, high-quality cacao grown in the fertile alluvial soils of the Mekong Delta. After roasting and shelling, the cacao beans are conched for an extended time to create an ultra-smooth blend of cocoa nibs, cane sugar, milk powder, cocoa butter, and Mắc Khén — a signature spice from Vietnam’s mountainous Northwest.
The mixture is then tempered using advanced European technology to achieve a beautifully glossy finish. Every step of the process is handcrafted with meticulous care and artisanal precision.
Mắc Khén, often called "forest pepper," is a cherished spice of Vietnam’s ethnic minorities in the Northwest. It delivers a mild heat, gentle bitterness, and a captivating citrus-pepper aroma with a lingering aftertaste of orange peel. When paired with the smooth sweetness of Alluvia milk chocolate, it creates a truly irresistible and one-of-a-kind flavor experience.
