The rich, nutty notes of dark chocolate blend harmoniously with the tropical sweetness of mango, creating an unforgettable flavor experience.
We craft our traditional bean-to-bar dark chocolate using 100% pure cocoa grown in the fertile alluvial soils of the Mekong Delta. After roasting and shelling, the cocoa is conched for an extended time to achieve an ultra-smooth texture. It is then tempered using advanced European technology to create a glossy, flawless finish.
Every step of the process is meticulously handcrafted with care and finesse.
