Alluvia Dark Chocolate with Cinnamon is meticulously handcrafted from clean, high-quality cocoa beans sourced from Cho Gao, Tien Giang, and the Mekong Delta region. The distinct flavor is enhanced by the warm, aromatic notes of cinnamon, creating a truly special taste experience.
We produce our dark chocolate using the traditional bean-to-bar method with 100% pure cocoa grown in the fertile alluvial soil of the Mekong Delta. After roasting and shelling, the cocoa beans are conched for an extended period to achieve an ultra-smooth texture.
The chocolate is then tempered with advanced European technology to create a beautiful glossy finish. Every step is carefully and skillfully done by hand, reflecting our commitment to artisanal quality and attention to detail.
